Shipping
Orders placed before 4:00PM EST Monday-Thursday and 3:00PM EST Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship out the following business day. Estimated arrival date will be provided at checkout.
All preorder items will be shipped September 15th.
There is an $8.00 shipping fee for domestic orders. This fee is waived on domestic orders execeeding $100. There is an $20.00 shipping fee for international orders. This fee is waived on international orders execeeding $250.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event of needing a refund or exchange, submit an email to customercare@stephalise.com detailing the order number and reason for return.
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
There is a shipping and handling fee of $8.00 for domestic returns which will be deducted from your refund.
There is a shipping and handling fee of $20.00 for international returns which will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

Once an exchange has been requested and approved by our team, a shipping label will be sent to your email. Upon receiving your returned item, the item you requested in exchange will be shipped to you.
There is no shipping fee on exchanges.
