Refund policy

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event of needing a refund or exchange, submit an email to customercare@stephalise.com detailing the order number and reason for exchange.

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. All purchases made in November and December can be returned or exchanged through January 15th. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  

Once an exchange has been requested and approved by our team, a shipping label will be sent to your email. Upon receiving your returned item, the item you requested in exchange will be shipped to you.

There is no shipping fee on exchanges.  

There is a shipping and handling fee of $8.00 for domestic returns which will be deducted from your refund.

There is a shipping and handling fee of $15.00 for international returns which will be deducted from your refund.
